Last week ISAR conducted a follow-up Skype presentation to "Unpublished Insights Into United States v. Stevens" entitled "ISAR's Analysis Of The Supreme Court Oral Argument In United States v. Utilizing the facilities of Skype (at no charge to listeners), ISAR will welcome back Professor Holzer who will focus on ISAR's Mandatory Spay/Neuter Law.

On October 22, 2009, Professor Holzer's next thirty minute presentation, entitled "The Need For ISAR's Mandatory Spay/Neuter Law," will take place at 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Immediately following this presentation, Professor Holzer will take a few minutes to answer questions.
